Hi, Hi, Hi, Hello!
This week, I’m diving into something we all deal with, but most of us don’t talk about enough: fear.
Not just the “logical” fears… I mean the irrational, sticky, sometimes downright embarrassing ones that feel like they hold us hostage. The ones that keep us small, quiet, and stuck.
In this episode, I share a personal story that might surprise you: my lifelong, paralyzing fear of cockroaches (yep, the crunchy kind). I talk about how it affected my life more than I ever admitted—and how I finally overcame it using something totally outside the box: EFT tapping.
But this episode isn’t just about cockroaches. It’s about how facing one fear—no matter how small or silly it may seem—can create a ripple effect that transforms everything. Your confidence. Your momentum. Your sense of power. For me, it was the first domino in a series that eventually led me to sit right here with you, recording this podcast.
In this episode, I talk about:
The two types of fear—and why not all fear is “bad”
How to know when fear is keeping you frozen versus pushing you toward growth
Why your fear is valid, no matter how irrational it seems
What happened when I stopped running from fear and started getting curious
How healing one fear can unlock growth in areas you never expected
Sometimes it’s not the big breakthrough moments that shift your life—it’s the quiet choice to stop letting something rule over you. Even if it’s something small. Even if no one else understands it. Your fears matter because you matter.
And once you pop the cork on one fear, your nervous system starts to believe, “Oh... maybe we can do hard things after all.” And that belief? That’s freedom.
So if you’ve got a fear you’ve been carrying for way too long, this episode is for you. And if you’re looking for a little nudge to finally face it, let this be your sign.
Face the fear. Let it ripple. Watch what changes.
Remember, You are worthy and You are loved.
Cheryl
