Episode 25 feels like a milestone, and I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than by sharing a story that reminded me just how important it is to pause, pamper, and reset.
Life gets busy. We juggle responsibilities, care for others, and power through stress without realizing how much it builds up inside of us.
